Information we collect
When you submit a qualification form or schedule through Calendly, Exsisto.ai and its scheduling provider may collect your name, business name, website URL, email address, phone number, business type, plan of interest, selected meeting time, and any optional information you provide.
The website may also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, approximate location, referring page, and pages visited if analytics are enabled.
How information may be used
Information may be used to review partnership fit, respond to your request, schedule a call, operate and secure the website, improve the service, deliver contracted website and content services, and comply with legal obligations.
Service providers
Exsisto.ai may use hosting, scheduling (including Calendly), analytics, communications, CRM, and security providers to operate the website and respond to requests. These providers may process information under their own terms and privacy obligations.
Advertising and tracking
Exsisto.ai uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits, referring sources, approximate location, device and browser categories, scrolling, calls-to-action, and progress through the qualification form. Vercel Web Analytics is configured without advertising cookies and uses anonymized data. Analytics events do not intentionally include form entries such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, website URL, or message.
Exsisto.ai uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits and advertising-related actions, including completed appointment scheduling. Meta may process browser, device, referral, and event information under its own terms. Required consent controls and state-specific disclosures should be reviewed by qualified privacy counsel before advertising is expanded.
Retention, choices, and contact
Retention periods, access and deletion request procedures, state privacy disclosures, and a verified privacy contact method must be finalized before launch.
